Tips From My Book!
Importance of the Customer Experience
I learned that The Customer Experience is MORE important than the quality of the work itself. Customers want to feel good about the entire process and will even overlook the quality of your product or service … if they FEEL GOOD. The GOLD here is truly recognizing that your customers are NOT Cheap, Lazy, or Stupid.
Change your mindset. Help educate them to make a smart buying decision that will be the least stressful path for them in the long run. Your customers want to go with somebody who makes them feel good about what they're doing. And you have to give them a good feeling that you know what you're doing.
